Article II

Article II establishes the offices of President and Vice President, and limits the term to four years. The Article states that the President is to be elected by the Electoral College, in which each state is given one vote for each Congressman. The Article also describes the powers, duties, and form of removing the President when it becomes necessary, which is called "Impeachment"
