Article III
The third article of the constitution establishes the third branch of our government, the Judicial Branch. The Judicial branch interprets the laws of the United States. One of the implied powers established the the Supreme Court is Judicial Review. Judicial Review is where the supreme court rules a law as unconstitutional and sends it back to be revised. It says nowhere in the constitution that the supreme court has this power, but it also leaves out that the court does not have this power, therefore they imply that they may use it and it has proven beneficial in certain cases.
